Our leadership consists of highly experienced individuals that have hands-on and day to day exposure to their businesses as hard working entrepreneurs. They are quite aware of the challenges facing women in the construction industry and are always on the quest to level the playing fields.

This organisation is run by the President, and supported by the NOB with special expertise in critical areas like, Membership Development, Operations and Finance, Research and Development and Stakeholder Liaison.
There is clear intention of taking the organisation to greater heights through dedication and unwavering commitment to the course.
